"Ms. Worthen's engravings, often architectural in content, combine humor, history, and a dedication to expressing the full effect of the printmaking medium. All of her compositions are rendered in fine line detail. She is perhaps best known for her Capitol and Terrace Hill series which combine local landmarks with fanciful characters and perspectives."
